ICB Terms (applies to all stores):

• Do not add products to your cart, wishlist, or save for later before visiting the store via IndianCashback.
• Add products to cart only after clicking out from IndianCashback.
• Do not visit any other coupon, deal, or price comparison site after clicking out from IndianCashback.
• Complete your purchase in the same session, without closing the browser or tab.
• Cashback may not be applicable on cancelled, returned, exchanged, or partially modified orders (including partial returns or exchanges).
• In case of a payment failure or any other issues occurring during your order, please remove the product from your cart, click out from ICB and continue the same process again to ensure Cashback is tracked properly.
• If your eligible ICB Cashback/Rewards transaction hasn't been tracked within 1 - 7 days, please raise a missing cashback ticket by visiting your user profile → Report missing cashback or reach out to our support team.
• Please note that the missing cashback reporting window will be open for next month at 3rd midnight only.
• Missing Cashback tickets are reviewed and sent to the store or resolved by the ICB team within 10 working days. Cashback will be approved or rejected as per final report from the store within 60–90 days of your transaction.
• Use only coupons listed on the ICB store page & direct store page. Coupons from other sources may not qualify for Cashback or Rewards.
• Make sure to disable Ad-Blockers if any before shopping through ICB to ensure your order is tracked properly.
• Initially your cashback will be tracked as Rs.0 only which will be corrected soon to the promised cashback / rewards.
• Cashback / Reward rates are subject to change at any time without prior notification. You can always check the same at the store page before shopping.
• For better tracking of your orders we recommend using an incognito window of your browser.
